【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesgeneralprinciplesforthedesignandassessmentofstructuressubjectedtoknownorforeseeabletypesofactions.Thesegeneralprinciplesareapplicableworldwidetoalltypesofoffshorestructuresincludingbottom-foundedstructuresaswellasfloatingstructuresandtoalltypesofmaterialsusedincludingsteel,concreteandaluminium.ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesdesignprinciplesthatareapplicabletothesuccessivestagesinconstruction(namelyfabrication,transportationandinstallation),totheuseofthestructureduringitsintendedlifeandtoitsdecommissioning.Generally,theprinciplesarealsoapplicabletotheassessmentormodificationofexistingstructures.Aspectsrelatedtoqualitycontrolarealsoaddressed.ThisInternationalStandardisapplicabletothedesignofcompletestructuresincludingsubstructures,topsidesstructures,vesselhulls,foundationsandmooringsystems.
