【摘要】:Thistestmethodcanbeusedtoobtainthegeltimeofresinsqueezedfromprepregtapeorsheetmaterial.Thistestisausefulmeasureformaterialacceptance.Thegeltimewillvarywiththetesttemperature.Thetemperaturesspecifiedinthistestmethodaretwoofmanytemperaturesoftenusedinprocessingepoxyprepregmaterial.Ifothertesttemperaturesareused,thisistobeclearlynotedasindicatedin9.1.2.Geltimeisnotrecommendedasameasureofoutline(unacceptabledegreeofcross-linking).UseResinFlowTestMethodD3532,orDynamicViscosityPracticeD4473.1.1Thistestmethodcoversthedeterminationofgeltimeofcarbonfiber-epoxytapeandsheet.Thetestmethodissuitableforthemeasurementofgeltimeofresinsystemshavingeitherhighorlowviscosity.1.2ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.Thevaluesinparenthesesareforreferenceonly.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
