【摘要】:Thisspecificationcoverscylindricaltanksfabricatedbyfilamentwindingforabove-groundverticalinstallation,tocontainaggressivechemicalsatatmosphericpressureasclassifiedherein,andmadeofacommercial-gradepolyesterorvinylesterresin.Includedarerequirementsformaterials,properties,design,construction,dimensions,tolerances,workmanship,andappearance.Thisspecificationdoesnotcoverthedesignofvesselsintendedforpressureaboveatmospheric,vacuumconditions,exceptasclassifiedherein,orvesselsintendedforusewithliquidsheatedabovetheirflashpoints.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareprovidedforinformationpurposesonly.Note1-Specialdesignconsiderationshouldbegiventovesselssubjecttosuperimposedmechanicalforces,suchasearthquakes,windload,oragitation,andtovesselssubjecttoservicetemperatureinexcessof180?F(82?C),andtovesselswithunsupportedbottoms.Note2-ThereisnosimilarorequivalentISOstandard.Thefollowingsafetyhazardscaveatpertainsonlytothetestmethodportion,Section11,ofthisspecification:Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
