【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesthetechnicalrequirementstominimisethehazardslistedinclause4whichcanariseduringthecommissioning,operationandmaintenanceofPBB'swhencarriedoutinaccordancewiththespecificationsgivenbythemanufacturerorhisauthorisedrepresentative.Italsotakesintoaccountsomerequire-mentsrecognisedasessentialbyauthorities,aircraftandgroundsupportequipment(GSE)manufacturersaswellasairlinesandhandlingagencies.Thisstandardappliesto:—apron-drivebridges;—fixed-headbridges(alsoreferredtoasnose-loaders)orpedestalbridges;—suspendedbridges,forembarking/disembarkingofpassengers.Itisapplicablefromtheinterfaceofthebuildingtotheconnectionwiththeaircraft.AnexampleofatypicalPBBisshowninannexA.Thisstandarddoesnotapplyto:—elevatinglounges;—passengerstairs;—otherformsofaircraftaccessequipmentortothefixedbuildingstructuretowhichthePBBinterfaces.Thisstandarddoesnotestablishrequirementsforhazardscausedbynoiseandvibration.ThisPartofEN12312isnotapplicabletoPBB'swhicharemanufacturedbeforethedateofpublicationofthisstandardbyCEN.
