【摘要】:ThispartofISO6145specifiesadynamicmethodusingdiffusionforthepreparationofcalibrationgasmixturescontainingcomponentmolefractionsrangingfrom10?9to10?3.Arelativeexpandeduncertaintyofmeasurement,U,obtainedbymultiplyingtherelativecombinedstandarduncertaintybyacoveragefactork=2,ofnotgreaterthan±2%canbeachievedbyusingthismethod.Bykeepingthepathbetweenthediffusionsourceandplaceofuseasshortaspossible,themethodcanbeappliedforthegenerationoflow-concentrationcalibrationgasesoforganiccomponentsthatareliquidatroomtemperature,withboilingpointsrangingfromabout40°Cto160°C.ThispartofISO6145isapplicablenotonlyforthegenerationofcalibrationgasmixturesofawiderangeofhydrocarbonsatambientandindoorairconcentrationlevels,butalsoforthegenerationoflow-concentrationgasmixturesofwater.
