【摘要】:Thistechnicalreportappliestocompositehollowinsulatorsconsistingofaloadbearinginsulatingtubemadeofresinimpregnatedfibres,ahousing(outsidetheinsulatingtube)madeofelastomericmaterial(forexamplesiliconeorethylene-propylene)andmetalfixingdevicesattheendsoftheinsulatingtube.Compositehollowinsulatorsasdefinedinthisreportareintendedtobeusedunderconditionsinvolvinginternalpressureorfreeofpressure.Theyareintendedforuseinoutdoororindoorelectricalequipmentoperatingonalternatingcurrentwitharatedvoltagegreaterthan1000Vandafrequencynotgreaterthan100Hzorforuseindirectcurrentequipmentwitharatedvoltagegreaterthan1500V.Theobjectofthisreportis:-todefinethetermsused;-toprescribetestmethods;-toprescribeacceptancecriteria.Thisreportdoesnotprescribeimpulsevoltageorpowerfrequencyvoltagetypetestsorpollutiontestsbecausethewithstandvoltagesarenotcharacteristicsofthehollowinsulatoritself,butoftheapparatusofwhichitultimatelyformsapart.NOTE1-"Internalpressure"meansapermanentgaspressuregreaterthan0,05MPa(0,5bar)gauge.Thegascanbedryairorinertgases,forexamplesulphurhexafluoride,nitrogen,oramixtureofsuchgases.NOTE2-"Nointernalpressure"meansagasorliquidpressuresmallerthanorequalto0,05MPa(0,5bar)gauge.Wherehydrostaticpressureexceeds0,05MPadifferenttestproceduresmaybeagreed.NOTE3-Compositehollowinsulatorsareintendedforuseinelectricalequipment,suchas,butnotlimitedto·circuitbreakers;·switch-disconnectors;·disconnectors;·earthingswitches;·instrument-andpowertransformers;·bushings.AdditionaltestingdefinedbytherelevantIECequipmentcommitteemayberequired.
