【摘要】:ThisguideisintendedasasourceoftutorialandreferenceinformationthatcanbeusedduringestablishmentofcomputedradiographytechniquesandproceduresbyqualifiedCRpersonnelforspecificapplications.Allmaterialspresentedwithinthisguidemaynotbesuitedforalllevelsofcomputedradiographicpersonnel.Thisguideisintendedtobuilduponanestablishedbasicknowledgeofradiographicfundamentals(thatis,filmsystems)asmaybefoundinGuideE94.Similarly,materialspresentedwithinthisguidearenotintendedasx201C;all-inclusivex201D;butareintendedtoaddressbasicCRtopicsandissuesthatcomplementageneralknowledgeofcomputedradiographyasdescribedin1.2and3.2.28.Materialspresentedwithinthisguidemaybeusefulinthedevelopmentofend-usertrainingprogramsdesignedbyqualifiedCRpersonneloractivitiesthatperformsimilarfunctions.ComputedradiographyisconsideredarapidlyadvancinginspectiontechnologythatwillrequiretheusermaintainknowledgeofthelatestCRapparatusandtechniqueinnovations.Section11ofthisguidecontainstechnicalreferencematerialsthatmaybeusefulinfurtheradvancementofknowledgeassociatedwithcomputedradiography.1.1Thisguideprovidesgeneraltutorialinformationregardingthefundamentalandphysicalprinciplesofcomputedradiography(CR),definitionsandterminologyrequiredtounderstandthebasicCRprocess.Anintroductiontosomeofthelimitationsthataretypicallyencounteredduringtheestablishmentoftechniquesandbasicimageprocessingmethodsarealsoprovided.Thisguidedoesnotprovidespecifictechniquesoracceptancecriteriaforspecificend-userinspectionapplications.Informationpresentedwithinthisguidemaybeusefulinconjunctionwiththosestandardsof1.2.1.2CRtechniquesforgeneralinspectionapplicationsmaybefoundinPracticeE2033.TechnicalqualificationattributesforCRsystemsmaybefoundinPracticeE2445.CriteriaforclassificationofCRsystemtechnicalperformancelevelsmaybefoundinPracticeE2446.ReferenceImagesStandardsE2422,E2660,andE2669containdigitalreferenceacceptanceillustrations.1.3ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Theinch-poundunitsgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.1.4Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
